An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Administrator within the Chief Executive and Chairman's office.
As an experienced administrator you will work closely with the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive and Chairman to provide high level administrative support to the corporate function across a range of duties which will include support to the Chief Executive Chairman and Corporate Business Manager.
You will work in a fast-paced environment to support the corporate function in a proactive way; ensuring actions are taken efficiently and delivered to a high professional standard.
With an SVQ Level III in administration or equivalent administration or secretarial experience you require excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must be able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability commitment and judgment to ensure that deadlines and actions are delivered. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is essential and it would be desirable to have some experience maintaining web pages and also of attending meetings for the purpose of minute taking.
The post involves working with senior staff in a fast paced and dynamic environment often dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
A car owner/driver is desirable as you may be required on occasion to travel between hospital sites and external venues for meetings and events
Hours: 25 hrs per week working pattern negotiable.
