Are you an Account Executive looking for that career making opportunity? Can you make sure every customer gets nothing but the best? You can help create a greener UK.
A greener, more environmentally-friendly UK is possible - and we’re making it happen. As a Corporate Account Executive at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.
What will I be doing as a Corporate Account Executive?
SUEZ recycling and recovery UK has some 40,000 UK business customers. Many of these are high value corporate clients. We’ll look to you to support the management of key accounts - handling complex requests and acting as a key contact, while observing industry regulations.
It’s a chance to make the most of your relationship-building skills, not just externally, but within SUEZ recycling and recovery UK too. You’ll build great links with staff internally, so that any issues can be resolved quickly. That way, you’ll provide outstanding customer service that goes over and above.
What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
Ideally, you already have some experience in a junior account management or customer services role. Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy working with clients and making sure they get the best. You’ll also be used to managing service levels, maximising profits and creating a great customer experience. You must have an analytical nature and enjoy working with data, using your intermediate MS office skills. Knowledge of the UK waste and resource industry would be an advantage, but it’s a gift for customer care that counts.
Due to the location of the office and occasional travel a full UK Driving Licence is required.
With a raft of benefits, family-friendly policies and excellent remuneration packages, there’s never been a better time to join SUEZ recycling and recovery UK.
We are proud of our fantastic opportunities for personal growth and development as we continue to build and grow our forward thinking company and you could play a key part in our success.
A friendly and supportive place that you will love to work, we believe creativity, clear communication and our drive for excellence are the keys to our success. We also expect our people to be enthusiastic and responsible. If you share our thinking - and have the qualities we’re looking for - you could play a big part in our dedicated team.
