My client is a successful and well-established law firm with an excellent reputation in the Conveyancing market. Working for this forward-thinking firm there is a pleasant working environment and an excellent salary, bonus and benefits on offer.

Due to continued growth & expansion they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing team leader. The Residential Conveyancer will handle a caseload of freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity and manage a small team. This role is also offering excellent career progression.

Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. Management experience would be desirable but is not essential as long as you would feel confident in managing a small team.

You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, and have previous experience handling a full Residential Conveyancing caseload. You should be a team player and be able to get along with others.
