There is now an opportunity for an experienced conveyancing assistant/legal secretary to join there very busy conveyancing department based in Bolton. You will support the fee earners with the day to day conveyancing transactions.
You will ideally have experience of dealing with sales and purchase transactions and have a sound knowledge of the conveyancing process at either a legal assistant or legal secretarial level.
Duties will include drafting documents, assisting with transactions, dealing with clients and general administrative support. You will deal with high-quality residential property work and will benefit from extensive mentoring and training throughout.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience working in property law
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
