Permanent Contracts Manager job -Nottinghamshire -Interior fit out- Mutli - sector specialist contractor

You will be working for an established interior fit out contractor who operate UK wide. The organisation are looking to recruit and experienced Contracts Manager to join their Nottinghamshire office. Operating across multiple sectors, the company have a number of high profile clients and continue to establish themselves as a market leader.
Your new role
You will be based in the Nottinghamshire office overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, Time will generally be split between the office and site visits. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of commercial and retail fit out packages which range in value from £250k+. The role will require line management duties for Site Managers, maintaining and reviewing materials supply, client liaison and above all ensuring that the works are completed to the highest of standards within the commercial budget.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager/ Project Manager with a background of overseeing multiple projects. You will have a strong history of project delivery for a specialist fit out contractor or main contractor, ideally you will be from a joinery background. Further to this you will also require CSCS, SMSTS.
