£28,000 p/a pro rata

THE POSITION...

3-6 months (could be potentially longer)

We need a contract and administration expert!

This role is responsible for the administration of the companies contract management system, including preparation of draft agreements based on company templates, issuing contracts for e-signature, following up on outstanding or expiring agreements, and ensuring that contract documents are correctly archived.

KEY DUTIES..

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking contract generation.
  • Contract lifecycle management.
  • Supporting Procurement department by creating draft agreements for issue to suppliers and their subsequent submission for e-signature.
  • Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards, in a thoroughly conscientious, efficient, courteous manner and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with company values
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the Line Manager or lawyers on the team.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

  • Highly computer literate and able to learn and operate new systems quickly.
  • Prior experience in using a contract management database(s) would be ideal but is not essential.
  • Prior experience of working in a law firm / legal environment an advantage but is not essential.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word and basic PowerPoint and Excel use.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of cross-functional teams and effectively influencing clients to reach viable solutions.
  • Energetic and a keen learner interested in making a real contribution to the success of the Company and comfortable in an environment of a rapidly growing and changing company.
  • Exceptional ethical standards and the ability to be very discrete in the handling of confidential and privileged information.
