Role: Contract Sales Manager / Contract Business Manager - IT

Based: City, London

Salary: £60-70,000 + potential guarantee, OTE £90-120,000

Based: On-site 5 days per week

I have a client in the city, of London who is actively looking to hire an IT Contract Sales Manager who will be tasked with the day-to-day leadership of an experienced team of Contract New Business Recruiters who operate with clients in the UK and Europe, focusing on Technologies like: - Cloud, Data, Development and Emerging Tech.

This role has the potential for someone to manage an established team of 5 -10 heads from day one and it will be reporting to the Sales Director and there’s huge scope for promotion up to Associate Director.

? This is a non-billing role and will require someone with strong Leadership and on-the-job coaching, to drive performance.

? A background in IT Contract Recruitment is essential, ideally across European markets.

? You’ll possess experience managing teams of circa 4-5 heads that are focused on new business sales, but there's scope for this to grow to 10 plus heads.

? You'll need a strong background in the 360 New Business Sales lifecycle.

? This business unit is made up of Senior Recruiters who are billing iro £500,000 - £1M.

? They have an excellent team culture, and my client is looking for a leader who can help this function grow further.
