Our client is on a quest to be the world’s most proactive bank.

We improve lives by providing better clarity, intelligence and technology to empower every individual in making the smartest financial decisions.

The founding team is in place. And we are launching with a fully functional app. Starting out with a current account and credit card, we will be broadening our portfolio soon with the foundations in place for a positive, supportive and thoughtful new bank.

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join the Operations team on a full-time basis.

As a Consumer Insights Analyst you will be providing exceptional technical support, where your proficiency ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is not just about solving problems; it's about being a proactive part of a system that values innovation and dedication. Your your role is vital in shaping our understanding of consumer behaviour and guiding the strategic direction of our company.

What will you be doing as the Consumer Insights Analyst?

  • Designing, implementing, and managing an advanced suite of management information (MI) reports, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Proactively analysing customer data to provide insightful recommendations that drive strategic initiatives and improve customer experience.
  • Facilitating the seamless import and export of business data, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
  • Collaborating closely with senior management and leadership teams to deliver accurate, trustworthy, and actionable data insights.
  • Spearheading data capture efforts from our physical and digital channels, employing analytical techniques to forecast trends and influence business planning.
  • Investigating and integrating new data sources, including social media and CRM analytics, to provide a 360-degree view of customer interactions and preferences.
  • Leading initiatives to optimise customer journey mapping and segmentation, identifying key opportunities for engagement and retention.

Required Skills of the Consumer Insights Analyst:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SQL and Power BI, coupled with an eagerness to learn and master new software and systems.
  • Strong foundation in MI reporting and systems, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data into comprehensible insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
