Your new role
A opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and organised individual to join the Group Compliance team as a Compliance Administrator.
Your new role comprises of the following:
- To provide administrative support across a range of compliance activities.
- To provide support and assistance to the Group Compliance Manager in responding to data disclosure requests and more complex compliance complaints.
- To provide general information and advice regarding all aspects of our compliance operational processes, both legal and best practice, to consultants and the wider business.
- Responding to our customers enquiries (both by email and telephone) regarding the service we provide and assisting with general service complaints.
- To assist with ad hoc projects as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be highly organised as your key accountabilities will include responding to email enquiries and providing helpline support. You will have excellent verbal and written skills communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service to both internal and external customers. You will have a questioning mind and be able to analyse information in order to fully understand the issue and formulate an appropriate course of action.
You will be able to deal calmly and effectively with complaints and negative feedback and to take responsibility for resolution of specific complaints. You will have good understanding of Hays and be able to learn the business operational procedures and enjoy working as part of a team.
