Your new company

Your new company is a small Public Sector Organisation which works in conjunction with the NHS and is currently seeing a higher demand in work.

Your new role

You will work as part of a small customer service team and ensure that all complaints are handled and responded to promptly. You will offer excellent customer service and be responsible for logging all queries and complaints on the system.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally be an experienced customer service professional who has previously dealt with inbound calls and responding promptly to complaints and queries. As well as this, it is preferred that you have previously worked within an administrative role and dealt with sensitive, confidential information.
