Permanent Weekend Complaints Handler - Weekends only!
Working every Saturday and Sunday on a shift rota basis either 9am to 5pm or 3pm to 11pm (15 hours over the 2 days every weekend).

This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Working within a Head Office function as part of a customer service team. (currently remotely until government advice changes).
Handling complaint calls, diffusing difficult situations, problem solving. Using multiple computer interfaces to source information quickly, being able to work at speed whilst working to company guidelines and resolving complaints in a positive manner. Working to to departmental KPI's. Using Word, Excel and CRM system.
1 weeks full training (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Thereafter, you're live on calls with access to support and training.
You'll need to be a quick learner and be able to work unsupervised with minimal training. You'll need to have experience having dealt with complaints via email and telephone. Accuracy, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication and the ability to utilise all information available to you is paramount.
