Company Commercial Solicitor - Mid Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Kent's best law firms. They are very highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and have a long reputation of providing a high quality service to clients.
Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an additional commercial solicitor into a team that is flourishing at the firm. Led by an ex City Partner, this team is in good hands and handles some excellent non-contentious commercial work. This will include commodity sales and purchases, construction, competition, finance and security documentation, shareholder and IP matters and advising generally on commercial contracts.
This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor who is maybe currently in London but lives in the South East and wants to cut down the commute but not compromise on quality of work or clients. Or it would also suit a solicitor who is currently doing a mix of corporate and commercial work but now wants to specialise purely in commercial work.
Applications would also be welcome from in-house solicitors who specialise in commercial work.
It is anticipated that applicants will have 2+ years PQE but this is flexible as long as you have solid commercial experience covering some of the areas listed above. Banking & Finance experience would be highly desirable.
On offer is a highly competitive salary and benefits package, along with a firm who has a progressive and proactive approach to training and career progression and a friendly yet professional working environment. A good work/life balance is achieved at this firm.
