We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Insurance Renewals Team Leader who will take day to day management responsibility for a thriving renewals team, whilst handling more complex commercial insurance renewals each month. You will be responsible for

  • Mentoring and team leading the team reporting into the Renewals Manager on any team issues
  • Coordinate with HR regarding training and development needs of the staff
  • Negotiate renewals
  • Obtain the best possible terms for clients and working with insurers to place these renewals.
  • Dealing with an allocated selection of larger/more complex accounts
  • Handling complex mid term issues on renewal business
  • Placement of new business maximising on cross selling opportunities

Hours: Full-time office based (8.30 am – 5.15pm, Monday – Friday)

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
