An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable and busy Legal 500 firm based in Lincolnshire on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a commercial property team with integral client focus. A special interest in renewable energy, agriculture or large development projects would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Supporting the growth of the firm's Commercial Property team;
*Providing legal advice to clients, including negotiating and drafting documentation;
*Developing new business opportunities and contributing to business development.

Experience

*5 years PQE;
*Experience of landlord and tenant matters;
*Management of client/matter files;
*Strong drafting skills.
