A Commercial Property solicitor is required for a medium sized commercial firm based in the Crosby office. You must have at least 2 years' experience within commercial property and able to handle a full caseload without supervision. You will be working closely with the Head of department servicing a range of clients.

Following a successful 2017 the firm are steadily expanding their commercial property department, they have a very strong flow of instructions for a variety of clients from SME's to household names, and are looking for a junior Commercial Property solicitor to add to the team.

You must have a working knowledge of commercial property and have proven experience of handling a caseload - the firm are happy to fill any gaps in knowledge and assist on complex cases. Ideally this will be a long term role within the department and will progress into an Associate position after 12 months.

You will have a full time assistant to delegate work to and will work closely with the head of department. The work is already generated so you can hit the ground running, it will be on your shoulders to maintain relationships and excellent standards of client care.
