Commercial Property Solicitor-Southampton

Our client is a recognised, established regional law firm with offices in the Southampton and Winchester district. They have a vacancy for a Property Solicitor with a combination of Commercial Property and Residential property skills.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a an individual with a minimum of three years recent relevant experience of working in Commercial Property and preferably with some Residential Development skills. You will be leading a small team of property lawyers and will be involved with the business development, the growth of this busy division, whilst managing your own caseload.

You may be in a position that is not allowing you to utilise your full entrepreneurial skills and looking for something that will give you the opportunity to spread your wings.

The firm has a growing Property division, you will have some existing clients to work with and will be required to provide advice in Landlord and Tenant issues, Freehold purchases, Residential Development and if you have some residential property experience, it would be an advantage.

The Practice

A Multi-site regional practice with over 25 years’ experience in the Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester District and a strong reputation in its Property team.
