Are you a Commercial Insurance Underwriter looking to join an independent, family-run Insurance Intermediary? Do you want a good work-life balance where you will work from home every day?

On offer is the unique opportunity for a commercial insurance underwriter to join a leading, family-run independent insurance intermediary. Founded in 1996 and with over 2,000 brokers nationally, you will be playing a key role in the businesses current, and future success as they continue to go from strength to strength.

In this role, the successful Commercial Insurance Underwriter will be joining a larger team of 19 and focusing mainly on the northern part of the UK. Key responsibilities will be underwriting insurances across a range of commercial sectors which include property, retail package, primary liability, contract works, contractors and more.

The ideal Commercial Insurance Underwriter would be based in the North of England, have prior experience as a Commercial Underwriter.

The Role:

• Commercial Insurance Underwriting in an MGA.
• Focus on the North of England.
• Progression opportunities.
• Remote working, travel to the office in Essex once a month.

The Person:

• Prior experience in Commercial Insurance Underwriting.
• Live in the North of England.
• Happy to travel to the office once a month.
