Commercial Account Handler

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000

Location: Norwich

Our client is an established and highly successful insurance broker in the Norwich area. You will be tasked with servicing their Commercial Clients as well as dealing with any MTAs. Dealing with commercial insurance renewals in a busy department

Assisting with new business and mid-term adjustments predominantly but not exclusively for Property Owners

Providing day to day support to new and existing clients via phone, email and post

Provide limited administrative support on renewals to other broking staff

Prioritise your daily work load to ensure deadlines and targets are met e.g. retain existing clients and contribute towards agreed business targets

Remain compliance and adhere to TCF and FCA requirements


Ideally you will have insurance or relevant experience

A positive mental attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills

English & Maths GCSE/O Level or equivalent - Grade C or above

Good Customer service
