SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER (COLLECTIONS)

UP TO £70,000

This role is a core role within the company, where you will take responsibility for the business's collection strategy, policy, and processes. You will drive performance through data, technology, and automation.

THE COMPANY

This is one of the fastest-growing debt purchase firms in the UK It was founded in 2016 and has since gone through huge growth with continuous expansion planned, making it an exciting time for the business.

THE ROLE

You will be doing the following daily:

  • Develop the Collections Strategy by harnessing data, segmentation, and modelling techniques effectively.
  • Offer technical expertise, specialist guidance, and leadership in implementing best practices within the team.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and spearhead initiatives to utilise data strategically in addressing critical business challenges.
  • Gain insight into the broader operational team's functioning to pinpoint areas for enhancement and streamlining.
  • Manage partnerships with external data providers and explore avenues to maximise their contribution towards enhancing business outcomes.
  • Evaluate existing capabilities in contact centre technology, collections technologies, and digital self-service functionalities.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with SQL and Power Bi.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in an FCA regulated FS environment.
  • Experience working in the Collections space of Credit Risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical degree from a Russel Group University.
