SF Group are currently recruiting for an temporary to permanent Collections Advisor located in Nottingham city centre. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent position.
- Making outbound calls collecting debt
- Setting up payment plans
- Taking and processing payments
- Dealing with disputes
- Handling objections
- Recording payments are made
- Organising customer files
- General administration duties
Working hours: Shift Pattern between 8:00am - 8:00pm (8am - 4pm or 12pm - 8pm)
Salary: Temporary - £8.50 per hour / Permanent - £17,500
The successful candidate will have had previous customer service experience.
