Work as Clinical Manager for a company with an outstanding reputation for their luxury care homes and high care standards. There is a brand new luxurious purpose-built care home in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, looking to recruit an RGN Clinical Manager for a brand-new nursing unit opening on the ground floor.
We are looking for an experienced RGN Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager to work as Clinical Manager and assist with the opening of the new nursing unit and then take the clinical management role within the Home.
You will assist the General Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home on a 24- hour basis and to stand in for the General Manager across the whole range of their duties in their absence. The Clinical Manager sets the standard for senior care responsibilities including ensuring excellence in resident care, providing outreach and support to families, hiring and retaining dedicated Care Assistants, and facilitating ongoing training opportunities for staff.
Ensuring at all times that the management of the home meets with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety, the requirements of the CQC and the companies own Aims and Objectives.
We are looking for an experienced RGN with excellent clinical skills and experience working in a supervisory role. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, with lots of training and development opportunities as more Luxury homes will be opening across the UK.
This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week and the salary is up to £38,000 per annum, negotiable on experience. You will assist in the development and opening of the new nursing unit.
This role involves working within a team which is committed to providing professional, respectful and quality care within a safe homely environment. You will need; -
- RGN Qualification with up to date validation and PIN number
- To Prioritize workload and be able to work under pressure
- Communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills
- Two years' experience in long-term care or similar industry
- Plan, implement, evaluate and clearly document care delivery
- Team player, decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
- Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
