Client Support Administrator
They are currently seeking a Client Support professional to join their busy team.
o Email terms of business and guide to our service documents
o Complete the basic Fact Find and questionnaire with the client, explaining each stage of the Fact Find and what it is used for
o Prepare and post letters of authority and authority to proceed documents to clients who require the firm's services and set up client files on DORIS, Data Drive and XPlan.
o Email the risk profile questions and guide to investment documents to clients after the fact find has been completed ahead of schedule adviser appointment
o Answer general client questions (information only)
o Assist with ongoing servicing of existing client bank/Arrange review appointments for advisers
o Maintain client records in accordance with company standards
o Transfer inbound calls in a timely manner with caller and issue identified
- Must have a strong background within Financial Services
- Fantastic communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Financial Services qualifications are advantageous but not essential
