One of the largest and most successful privately owned wealth managers in London are currently in the market for a Client Services Manager to head up their client on-boarding function. The role is responsible for managing the client services team ensuring that all client service related matters are dealt with accurately and on time, and in accordance with the high standards of service offered to clients. Additionally the role has a key responsibility for managing the overall end to end process of client delivery ensuring that workflow is effectively managed and controlled and developing company processes as the company continues to grow (currently close to 100 staff). You will be comfortable liaising with the senior management team and sitting in ion some high level client meetings. This client deals with client at the top end of the market (client with minimum £2M investable assets) so individuals of experience win this remit would be preferred.
