About the role

We need help making our business become as big and secure as it possibly can be. But, we can’t do it without you. Take this role we are searching for right now, it’s a Client Sales Manager for our Key Accounts in London and you will:

Understand the customers industry to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.
Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin
Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience through effective relationships.
Implement and manage a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs for fixed, mobile, hosting, M2M, TWM, in line with Vodafone UK and Enterprise Strategy, balancing retain and grow to drive revenue and margin improvements.

If you can accomplish the above, you’ve got what it takes. Realistically though, we need someone a deep understanding of mobile and fixed voice, data, unified communications, cloud and hosting, TWM and M2M products and services. Educated to degree level or equivalent, will add a lot of credibility. Most important will be your proven record of driving commercial sales strategies and adapting to macro/micro economic conditions.

If you have experience in complex solution based sales within the telecommunications industry, you’ll be able to accelerate your effectiveness and impact. An ability to increase sales performance and market share is also important as is being able to establish C-level relationships. You will need to be based in or near London. This is a great opportunity to sell to large brands and work in a successful and highly collaborative team.
