Client Relationship Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for growing and retaining ID Medical key client accounts through development of client relationships, client meetings and ensuring that the client requirements are met by ID Medical. Working with Medical and Nursing Managers and Medical Staffing departments at NHS Trusts to raise awareness of and sell the breadth of ID Medical products and services

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify growth opportunities through a deep understanding and relationship building within each and every key account of the ID Medical market place
Proactively sourcing new opportunities within and working with the ID Medical Client Operations and Consultant Team to secure the new business within assigned clients
Consolidate, develop and leverage client relationships in key accounts to identify and deliver incremental opportunities for growth
Accountability for maintenance of account plans for those accounts of which they are responsible for
Acts as a critical interface between hospitals/trusts and ID Medical wider account team to deliver growth
Identify and contribute to the development of new propositions
Achieve quarterly and annual targets as detailed by the Head of Client Relationships
Articulate corporate message at all levels
To manage a positive presence within the team - motivating self and others and to work together as a team with your colleagues and provide full support to the Head of Client Relationships
To attend meetings and training as required
To ensure that policies, procedure and reporting systems are adhered to
To review agreed objectives/action plan on a monthly basis to ensure they are reflective of evolving business requirements
Continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adopt different approaches to a multitude of clients across a broad spectrum
An individual who has experience of developing and leveraging client relationships within key accounts to maximise opportunity for ID Medical
Able to effectively articulate the ID Medical value proposition
Able to contribute to key account strategies and plans to achieve account growth
The ability and flexibility to travel and cover a large geographical area including overnight stays when necessary
