An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to support Basildon & Thurrock University Hospital, which provides an extensive range of acute healthcare services in the region.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced client account manager to join this team.
Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you will be expected to ensure that we provide a premium account management service to the trust, working with the client at all levels and managing the local team to meet the needs of our client trust.
Ideally, you should have experience in a recruitment, managed service or outsourcing environment, where you built strong relationships with your clients and develop strategies to improve the service offered.
Flexibility and the ability to travel across the region is a must have, in addition to having a full UK driving license and your own car.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead client management activity in the locality including day to day operations of the business, managing a team, gaining confidence from clients and supporting the overall delivery of business objectives. You will be required to use your initiative to provide effective liaison and relationship building across a range of operational, recruitment, quality and complaints management processes to deliver a client focused service.
Key Tasks of the role:
- Responsible for Account Management of your client
- Identify opportunities for development and implementation of continuous service improvements through the creation of innovative solutions and service delivery plans
- Engage with Managers, Directors and Executive Directors within client Trusts to identify and deliver strategic plans for temporary staffing, holding regular meetings and reviews to present proposals and recommendations for change.
- Manage your team to ensure service is delivered in line with Trust objectives
- Engage with and influence other NHS Professionals departments to resolve issues being faced by your client
- Develop and implement NHSP marketing and recruitment strategies to maintain and improve bank fill
You will have strong credibility, be personally resilient, articulate, focused, dedicated and flexible to meet the needs of the business. Strong negotiating and client relationship skills are essential.
