For this role you will be making contact to all clients that have not been reviewed by an advisers for a certain period of time and to support the Advisers on any clients that want a review but have not been booked in or contacted. You will also be seeking opportunities to update the advisers on the clients financial situation should this if changed since the last meeting / review.
You will manage advisers and the data base and you will put in place a robust and documented system to ensure a regular and effective work flow for adviser and all clients. You will be a point of contact for clients and you will be representing the company as the client relations manager. You may also be dealing any issues or on occasion a rare complaint.
You will be responsible for website development and suggestions for marketing, and implementing the new systems to clients and making sure that all clients are happy with the service they are receiving. You will be reporting into the Managing Director and Head of Operations.
For this role you will need have been in Financial services industry previously and ideally from a Wealth Planning perspective or Independent Perspective. We would be seeking someone who is methodical, organised and enjoys speaking to clients and have professional phone manner and work ethics.
Strong IT skills will be essential and any financial qualifications is ideal.
