The whole team is supportive, friendly, and focused on professional growth. They are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join their team.
Main duties and responsibilities
As Client Manager, your main role involves nurturing relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a group of clients, offering proactive advice and assistance.
- Creating and presenting financial reports and statements.
- Identifying and suggesting additional services for clients.
- Training and developing team members.
- Collaborating with other departments for smooth service delivery.
- Establishing strong client relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Contributing to the team and guiding junior staff.
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 2 years' client management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated nature.
- A dedication to excellent client service.
