About Our Client

Our client is an established accountancy practice based in Worcestershire. They are dedicated to assisting businesses of all sizes in reaching their financial objectives. The whole team is supportive, friendly, and focused on professional growth.  They are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join their team.

Main duties and responsibilities

As Client Manager, your main role involves nurturing relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing a group of clients, offering proactive advice and assistance.
  • Creating and presenting financial reports and statements.
  • Identifying and suggesting additional services for clients.
  • Training and developing team members.
  • Collaborating with other departments for smooth service delivery.
  • Establishing strong client relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Contributing to the team and guiding junior staff.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 2 years' client management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated nature.
  • A dedication to excellent client service.
