Supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Burrell Collection Refurbishment Project in a £60m to £66m GCC major project managed by Glasgow Life to redevelop the internationally significant Burrell Collection, Glasgow.         

As Clerical Assistant for the Burrell Renaissance Project you will collate, update, maintain and provide management information as required, process invoices, both creditors and debtors, accurately and timeously utilising the Company’s computerised systems. You will process purchase and work requisitions etc in accordance with GCC/GL procedures. You will also respond to enquiries, clarifying issues and providing an informed response. Liaise with internal and external customers and partners establishing effective working relationships.  Carry out support and back office duties as required, including preparation and issue of correspondence.

To be successful in this role you have the following skills and experience:
• Trained in the use of Microsoft Packages
• Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
• Previous clerical experience
• Ability to relate to client/customer queries
• Knowledge and understanding of organisational structure, vision and values
