Role: Civil Litigation Legal Secretary
Location: Worcester
Full Time

We are looking to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries that ideally have current or past experience working in Civil Litigation departments, as one of our leading regional clients is looking to bring on board another support team member to aid their growing and developing team in the Worcester office.

About the role:

* Providing fee earners with secretarial support in relation to client matters.
* Assist with file management.
* Ensure accurate time recording of all work undertaken by the relevant partner/fee earner.
* To attend to clients and others where needed on behalf of the respective Partner/Fee earner, taking accurate instructions for their attention.
* To make appointments and maintain up to date diary entries.
* To correctly identify and differentiate between DX, Royal Mail post and hand or other deliveries.
* To take and record accurately any message and pass the same on to the appropriate person without delay.

The ideal candidate:

* A proficient level of literacy and numeracy.
* Competent touch and audio typist.
* Experience of data entry and/pr text processing.
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
* Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
