Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to work in a small, organised and friendly North West based Local Authority within the Litigation team. The requirements will be to advise on Civil Litigation and Selective Licensing under the Housing Act 2004. You will be required to conduct your own Advocacy in the local Courts

Working arrangement: The client is looking for candidates to start from May, for 3 months initially – likely to be extended. This role is to be performed on a part time, hybrid basis with travel to the office required once every week or fortnight for meetings with the Client Department.

This role is suited to individuals who have knowledge of Civil Litigation and Selective Licensing Processes within a Local Authority Setting. You must be a Qualified Barrister, Solicitor or F/CILEX.

Hourly rate: dependant on experience
