Owing to sustained success, the firm is now hiring a Childcare Lawyer for its office in historic market town, Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Lawyer with membership of the Law Society’s Children panel to manage their own caseload of Childcare matters. You will undertake an array of duties which may include: contact and residency issues; representing children, parents and guardians in public law proceedings; Emergency Protection Orders; Care and Supervision Orders; dealing with social services, schools, local authorities and other agencies. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 3 years’ PQE in Childcare matters.
Membership of the Law Society’s Children Law panel would be advantageous.
