**Chef Manager - Grays Essex - £30,000**
We are currently looking for a Chef Manager for a nationally recognised contract caterer within one of their most valued contracts in this great location in Grays.
The shift patterns would be as business requires and the ideal candidate would come from a similar background and have experience working in a contract catering/ larger operation.
The Chef Manager must ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual whilst possessing the passion and drive to succeed is essential. HACCP and COSHH requirements will be expected but extensive coaching will be provided, some experience in retail would be welcomed in this role and a strong financial understanding is certainly preferred.
This site will require someone from a strong managerial background who has the flexibility and desire to improve and ensure the quality on site across the various services.
