We are looking top recruit Chef de Partie's and Jnr Sous Chefs for a renowned Cotswold Hotel group, with properties all around Gloucestershire. These 4* Hotels all offer their food at AA Rosette level and offer a British, Cotswold themed menu.
We are looking to recruit Chef de Parties and Jnr Sous Chefs for this Gloucestershire group that have a fresh cooking background, ideally from a hotel environment. Some experience at AA Rosette level would be an advantage, though not essential. They have a cracking reputation and due to the location of all their hotels, there is definitely room to grow with this company.
These Chef de Partie & Jnr Sous Chef roles in Gloucestershire are paying between £20 and £23K basic, plus around £1500-£2000 in service.
Accommodation is available at all hotels at £44 per week.
Working hours are 45 per week.
