Our client a leading provider of residential care are currently looking to recruit their Chef de Partie for their high end care home in Camberley, Surrey. They are looking for a high standard of catering provision for high profile residents to the site.

The Chef de Partie will Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef and be responsible for:
-Assisting with food production within the home
-ensuring that high standards and high customer satisfaction are delivered, all kitchen services are efficient, and that the required Health and Safety measures are adhered to within the department.
-In addition, he or she is responsible for ensuring that food presentation achieves high standards at all times, meeting both customer needs.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the following attributes:
*Passionate about food
*Organised and able to prioritise your workload under pressure
*Able to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships
*Aware of the safe delivery of Food & Hygiene services
*Self-motivated and pro-active individual wanting to make a difference to the lives of our residents.

You will work straight shifts, mainly daytimes on a 5/7 days basis, so this offers a great work life balance.
