Permanent, based in Southwold

Our properties range from charming, characterful bars and restaurants to luxury, extravagant hotels. One thing all of our teams have in common is their passion for hospitality and great service. Whether our customers pop in to The White Horse, Blakeney for a pint of Ghost Ship or indulge in our intricate Still Room menu at The Swan, Southwold we ensure they always leave us with a gleaming smile!

What do we want?

As Central Reservations Assistant, you will deliver the VIP customer experience we pride ourselves on, representing all of our Managed Inns to the highest standard to drive sales of our rooms and events.

The role will also involve working on Reception at The Crown in Southwold, providing excellent customer service and care to all guests throughout their entire stay as well as processing all payments, answering telephones and dealing with customer queries quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidates will be flexible and available for weekend work, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be sales focused with experience of working in a similar role and environment.
