CCTV/Security Installation Engineer

We're currently on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Integrated Security Systems Installation Technician to join our clients team. As an Installation Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the flawless installation of integrated IP CCTV, access control, and fire & security alarm systems for our esteemed enterprise and blue-chip clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation of integrated security systems with precision and expertise.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their specific needs and requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to both clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Work alongside project managers and technical staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the service desk team to facilitate ongoing support and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in installing IP CCTV, access control, fire & security alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with higher-level systems such as Lenel, C-Cure, S2, Gallagher, Genetec, etc. would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
