A unique and exciting temporary opportunity has become available on a 4-6 week temporary basis to start immediately. Working within an independent and non-profit organisation, you will be involved with the passion and heart that goes into the day to day duties and tasks of the role which makes you proud to be a part of this.
Your new role
Due to start immediately, you will be required to assist throughout the office as a case administration. On a day to day basis, this role entails handling confidential, private and sensitive data and documents. With these documents, you will be building cases, transferring these to the relevant contact through secure e-mails and organising with high importance. You will be speaking and communicating to colleagues internally and externally on a daily basis to secure relevant information and have the confidence to do so. Within this role, you will be producing relevant letters and mail mergers to confirm details needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role, you will have an excellent understanding of IT and be able to use this at ease. You will be able to work well under pressure and are able to priorities your work load as some cases will be urgent. You will be confident on the phone and will be able to communicate at all levels.
What you'll get in return
Working 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch, you will be working on a 4 - 6 week temporary assignment on £8.70 per hour. You will also be provided with free parking. In return you will receive weekly payment direct into your bank account every Friday along with weekly aftercare from your dedicated Hays consultant.
