Care Recruitment Manager

We need a self-driven and approachable Care Recruitment Manager to join our award-winning client based in their new offices in Chalgrove on a full-time or part-time basis.

Due to the nature of the business great communication skills, empathy and patience is crucial to support and understand them as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Overall the successful candidate will a positive 'can do' attitude and will believe in the businesses services.

Offer package:
Salary:£20,000 - £25,000
Location:Chalgrove
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or 20-25 hours per week for part-time

Primary duties:
*Interviewing, vetting and listing of experienced self -employed carers
*Ensuring effective induction of all company members and identification of individual training needs
*Manage phone and email enquiries from both carers and clients
*Support fast-moving programme of change to streamline carer engagement operational processes
*Investigating complaints, taking action and if appropriate reporting to safeguarding bodies.
*Championing the pursuit of excellent quality care to support older people and vulnerable adults across the region
*Office based role but with regular meetings and inductions to engage and support our growing team of self-employed carers in the region

Candidate specification:
*Minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent
*Extensive knowledge of care standards and safeguarding
*Capable of working under pressure
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*Good people skills
*Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills
*Ability to work at speed and open to testing new ideas
*Familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial
*Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task
*Self-motivated problem solver
