What can you expect?
Working alongside the CRM Lifecycle Specialist,
they will be part of the team responsible for all Lifecycle Programmes and
Activations, from the developing, targeting and segmentation of each campaign
through to deployment and post campaign evaluation.
·Support the CRM Lifecycle Specialist in planning, developing and executing all local
Lifecycle initiatives and programmes to reward, reduce churn and drive order
·Assist the CRM Lifecycle Specialist in the execution of all eCRM and direct mail
campaigns, working closely with Head Quarters to ensure campaign creatives are
received on time, and that all campaigns are briefed at a local level within
·Develop eCRM / direct mail test and learn strategies to optimise
·Responsible for the delivery of CRM Acquisition Campaigns
·Work closely with all key stakeholders (printers, creative agencies and
cross functional teams) to ensure campaigns are deployed in line with strategy
·Responsible for managing and leading the end to end testing of offers.
Work closely with IT & Channels (Call Centre, Boutiques and e-Commerce) to
ensure all offer mechanics are set up correctly before the campaign is deployed
·Work closely with Nespresso’ s customer facing teams to ensure the Call
Centre, Boutiques and e-commerce are aware of each campaign
·Support the CRM Lifecycle Specialist with campaign forecasts and ensure teams are
briefed on all key deliverables
·Work closely with the CRM Lifecycle Specialist on monthly budgeting
including the raising of POs and budget re-phasing
·Assist the CRM Lifecycle Specialist in the delivery of pre and post campaign
analysis, working closely with the Insights Specialist and Data Analysts to
understand the impact of each email/DM campaign.
·Work closely with the Digital Team to ensure all email campaigns are
properly tagged to ensure trackable results and effective measurement of all
·Liaise with cross functional teams to enhance ways of working and areas
Who are we looking for?
The candidate must have experience of end to end
campaign management as they will work with the CRM Lifecycle Specialist to plan
and deliver multichannel campaigns
·Proven eCRM and direct marketing experience, ideally gained within a
fast paced, consumer environment
·Experience in Lifecycle / Automated CRM Programmes is preferred but not
·Experience in campaign planning and execution
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
·Experience using Photo Shop, Illustrator and HTML is preferred but not
·Strong team player
·Excellent organizational skills and a good communicator
·Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential
for this role
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured, flexible, hectic
environment, with dynamic deadlines
·Must be able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision and manage
·Analytical but also a creative thinker with a can do attitude, who is proactive
