We provide quality qualified leads to the Life Insurance industry in the UK. The business was founded in 2014 and we are experiencing rapid growth in our call centre in Segensworth. You will be joining a team of just under 60 Call Centre Operators working on a split shift rota. As the business expands we are also looking to promote from within when Senior Operators/Team Leader roles become available.

We keep the role duties as simple as we can and your main goal is to qualify leads & information from personal information potential customers have provided to us online. All calls are warm and out-bound. Calls volumes are high which enables our team to hit targets consistently.

If you have customer service/facing experience from any line of work we are keen to speak with you as we are looking to start new hires ASAP
