Call Centre Operative (Evening Shifts) - Havant - £17k - £18k per annum

Our client is an extremely well established and security company based in Havant; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Call centre Operative to cover their evening shift

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls from clients

  • Logging any security issues / complaints

  • Logging call information onto computerised system

  • Liaising with local authorities as and when needed

  • General administration duties

Hours of Work: The successful applicant will be working Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm, flexibility is required during busy periods

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Call Centre experience is essential

  • Able to log calls effectively and accurately

  • Have excellent customer service skills
