Salary: 16,500 (Rising to 17,700 after successful completion of probationary period) PLUS monthly bonus opportunities. FORTNIGHTLY PAY.

Call Centre Agent role:
I am looking for 10x NEW Call Centre Agents to join an impressive outsourcing company who are currently expanding their call centre massively. There is a massive growth plan in place which means fast-track progression opportunities for the right candidate(s).

We are holding interviews for the position this week and have immediate starts available.

Being a Call Centre Agent will involve…
Representing a leading TV, Broadband and landline company
Interacting with customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service at all times
Taking inbound calls from existing customers, answering queries regarding their service/account

As expected, your responsibilities as a Call Centre Agent will involve…
Resolving customer queries relating to account information such as payments, technical issues and updating details.
Providing the best available solutions for existing customers
Delivering excellent customer service
Working well within a team

Call Centre Agent requirements:
Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience (Call Centre, Retail, Bar Work, Hospitality)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Drive to succeed
Previous call centre experience is beneficial but not essential
Good listening skills
