Max Rate: €64/hr
Total Scope of the request (hours): 1254 (by end of 2024)
Required Start Date:29 April 2024
Required Security Clearance:NATO SECRET
 
Duties and Role:
  • Maintain and operate all environments part of CRS Branch
  • Provide service support to CQO customers
  • Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure as code, configuration management and automation tools related tasks
  • Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction
  • Implement and improve new services
Work location is NCIA premises in The Hague, Netherlands.There is flexibility for working from home when it is needed (locally).
 
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Candidate must have currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • For technical engineering license degree (such as Electronics Engineering or Information Systems) a minimum of 3 years post-related experience needed as DevOps Engineer
  • For secondary educational qualification, minimum of 5 years post-related experience as DevOps Engineer
  • Mandatory practical experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform and Ansible/Puppet/Chef
  • Development and maintenance of infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of VMware stack or Openstack
  • Capable of offering guidance and support for CI|CD processes
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English: speaking , writing and reading
Desired:
  • Experience working with public cloud provider
  • Experience with container technologies
  • Experience in working with physical and software defined networks
