C# Mid-Level Developer

We’re looking for two Lead Developers to join a growing engineering team at a technology-driven organisation operating large-scale consumer digital platforms.

Based out of a Cheshire head office with hybrid working, you’ll report into the Software Engineering Manager and play a key role in shaping technical direction, delivery standards, and team capability.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the technical direction of a business that supports large-scale consumer platforms, data-driven systems, and a modern digital member experience used by thousands of customers every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading development across core platforms and services
• Providing technical direction and architectural input
• Mentoring and supporting developers within the team
• Remaining hands-on while influencing wider engineering decisions

What you must have

• Strong commercial experience with C#.NET
• Solid Angular experience
• Azure cloud experience
• Experience operating in a Lead or Senior Developer capacity
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach to leadership
