Business Survey Administrator, based in Newport. 37 hours per week, £9.25 per hour. Start date: 23/04/2018

You will work with a large, well respected public sector organisation based in Newport.

Your new role
You will be responsible for cleaning data received from business surveys. You will also be confident liaising with survey respondents via telephone if needed to query data results. You will also be responsible for any other administration duties as and when required. The role is initially until August 2018, is 37 hours per week and £9.25 per hour. This role is starting on 23rd April 2018.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven recent experience within a similar administration role, with experience using the telephone in a business environment. You will also be confident in navigating around various databases on a computer. You will have an excellent telephone manner, and be confident liaising with various individuals. You will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work responsibly within a team and on your own initiative. You will be computer literate with excellent working knowledge around Microsoft Packages. Be able to carry out verbal and written instruction. You will be happy to start work on 23/04/2018.
