Business Support Supervisor

Our client, a leading name in financial services, are seeking a business support supervisor to join their established team.

You will be responsible for leading a team of administrators to deliver great sales support to the firm's advisers. You will ensure that work is allocated and completed to agreed deadlines and within SLAs in place.

Applicants must be effective leaders with excellent organisation and communication skills. You must have experience in working within financial services, ideally in an adviser environment.

Ideal candidates will have

*Understanding of the Financial Planning process
*Able to work within defined business processes
*Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
*Prioritise and plan own workload
*Detailed and accurate
*Articulate and positive
*Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
*Good IT skills - knowledge of Intelligent Office and Voyant highly desirable
*Good report writing skills
