What you'll do:
- Provide support in both English and Arabic
- Become knowledgeable in the creation and submission process, and provide thoughtful and accurate answers
- Troubleshoot Geofilter activation and tool errors
- Understand our On-Demand Geofilter policies, and be able to review and approve submissions as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong written communication skills
- An understanding of what makes for good customer experiences
- Experience with email support preferably using Zendesk
- Familiarity with Conference is a plus
- Strong problem solver able to identify urgent issues and follow an escalation path
- Experience with B2C support is a plus
- Someone who can work flexible shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends
