Our client, a large international and world leading company in precious metal refining sector based in Royston seeks an experienced Business Support Administrator to support the Business Managers in day to day administrative duties.
Due to the secure nature of the site you will need to provide five years of work references and undertake a credit check.
Skills and Experience:
Minute taking experience.
Ability to prioritise and plan work and possess excellent time management skills.
Expert in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint ).
Proven Administrative/office support experience.
Excellent telephone manner.
Experience in providing training to team members when required on PC packages.
Team diary management experience.
A superb communicator with outstanding organisational skills and focused
Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expected to promote good interpersonal relationships with other team members, technical support, management, etc.
Must be a strong communicator and the ability to interact with staff at all levels of the business.
