My client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced BUSINESS MANAGER to join their PRESTIGE/SPORTS Centre in the ORPINGTON area.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Maximising Opportunities: To maximise the F&I income opportunity for the Sales Executives to do business by ensuring they prospect, follow-up and handle phone in, walk in and Internet enquiries. Second-face, where necessary and ensure the team adheres to the Sales Process at all times.
Maximising Profit: Through achieving the monthly targets, set by your Manager, for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products in a professional and honest manner.
Customer Satisfaction (CSI): To build trust, communicate well and exceed customer satisfaction expectations and, where there is a manufacturer score to exceed their national average. To provide a service-based experience to customers and make them feel the value of placing their custom with the Company.
What we’re looking for
You must be a driven and motivated yet disciplined individual who is able to communicate well and create a rapport with the customer. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview. You must also be able to demonstrate a superb track record within a Transaction/Business Manager role, with a settled career history in the Motor Industry. You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to galvanise a team to achieve targets. You will also possess a clean driving license and be FCA approved.
The opportunity offers basic package £25,000 and OTE £55,000, and other benefits.
